BANKSY PRINT INDEX
Over £19 million has been spent on Banksy prints since the turn of 2021, this is almost 90% of the total Banksy prints sold in 2020 amounting to over £20 million.
The number of Banksy prints in the price range of £100,000-500,000 in the first quarter of 2021 has almost exceeded all of 2020 sales.
In 2021 Quarter 1 we saw an oveall stable development of the index, however the accelerated growth in unsigned prints value has been reversed, where the signed and unsigned indices have largely converged, showing that price levels across print catagories are rationalizing.
